Writer-Director Donna Musil attends as many of the BRATS screenings as she can, and conducts extensive Q&A sessions.

According to Tanja Linton of The Fort Huachuca Scout: "The discussion with Musil almost took on the air of a revival meeting as total strangers who thought they had an unusual childhood realized they had so much in common with each other."

As part of Brats Without Borders's Operation Military Brat, Donna also conducts BRATS Workshops for current and adult brats, their parents, and child-care professionals, including teachers, counselors, medical personnel, and clergy.
